Nikola Cline founded Brandettes in 2015, bringing over two decades of leadership with global brands like John Paul Mitchell Systems, P&G/Sebastian, Nexxus, and Macy’s. She’s played a key role in creating more than 300 products and served as a fractional CMO, guiding brands with strategic precision. Her award-winning work includes five Allure Best of Beauty honors and Best Men’s Launch recognition for Paul Mitchell’s MITCH, along with numerous Graphic Design Magazine accolades. A respected industry voice, Nikola’s insights appear regularly in GCI Magazine, Revamped, Beauty Launchpad, and Beauty Matter. She’s also a favorite and frequent speaker at Mazur Group’s Beauty Biz Roundtable series. Based in Los Angeles, Nikola balances Brandettes with family life, sharing her home with her husband, teenage son, and their rescue pug, Pixel.
